Renal+ MP Advanced is a complete multi-target nutritional supplement for dogs and cats with advanced (IRIS 3–4) chronic kidney disease — going beyond traditional phosphate binders to support the whole kidney. A meat-flavoured powder for daily use alongside the regular renal diet.
